2. Licensing and insurance
Installers must hold every license required where they accept jobs and maintain general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 and any required workers' compensation, verified before activation and kept current.
3. Work standards
Install to code and manufacturer instructions, complete the in-app documentation checklist (photos, water readings, customer sign-off), and treat customers and their homes with respect.
4. Payment
Payment terms per job are shown before you accept it and paid through Stripe Connect after completion and sign-off. [TBD: payout timing.]
5. Warranty callbacks
Installers will return to correct workmanship defects reported within the workmanship warranty period at no additional charge.
6. Indemnity and insurance
Each contractor is responsible for its own work and agrees to indemnify PURWTR for claims arising from its negligence or breach, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Confidentiality and data
Use customer information only to perform the job, keep it secure, and do not contact customers for other business.
8. The full agreement
