How to report content you believe infringes your copyright.

1. Our content

Site content, logos and brand assets are owned by PURWTR or used with permission. Do not copy them except as allowed by our Program Terms or by law.

2. Reporting infringement

Send a notice to our designated agent, [TBD: designated DMCA agent name and address], or support@purwtr.com, including: your signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the material you believe infringes and where it appears; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

3. Counter-notices and repeat infringers

If your material was removed, you may send a counter-notice as described in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
