1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Contact and account details: name, email, phone, and Google account basic profile (name, email, profile image) if you sign in with Google. We do not receive your Google password.

Property information: service address and ZIP code, including address checks you run on the site.

Water test results: before and after readings (such as pH, conductivity, TDS, salinity and temperature) and related photos.

Order and payment information: products, prices, financing choice and order status. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe; we receive limited data such as card brand, last four digits and payment status.

Installation records: appointment times, timestamped and location-tagged installation photos, and your electronic sign-off, used to document the work and resolve disputes.

Program information: for referrers, affiliates, partners, sales associates, clippers and influencers — referral activity, content links and view counts, and payout and tax information needed to pay you.

Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring links and campaign (UTM) parameters, collected through cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy.

Communications: messages, emails, call notes and recordings where you are told a call may be recorded.

3. How we use information

To provide quotes, process orders and payments, schedule and document installations, deliver filters, honor warranties, run our programs and pay participants, prevent fraud and chargebacks, provide support, improve the site, send transactional messages, and — with your choice where required — send marketing.

4. How we share information

Service providers acting for us: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Google (sign-in and maps), our hosting and email providers, and analytics or advertising partners only if you allow non-essential cookies.

Installers: the licensed contractor assigned to your job receives your name, address, phone and job details.

Financing partners: if you choose financing, the information you submit goes to the lender under its own privacy policy.

Program attribution: a referrer or salesperson may see that a referral converted, but not your payment details.

Legal and safety: when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer.

5. Cookies and analytics

Marketing emails include our physical mailing address and an unsubscribe link; we honor opt-outs within 10 business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Transactional emails about your order continue while you are a customer.

8. Retention
