Sign-in uses Supabase Auth. Google, Twilio, and email provider secrets stay outside this repo. Email delivery is in dry-run. Phone codes are in dry-run.

Passkeys are off until NEXT_PUBLIC_AUTH_PASSKEYS is enabled.
